Jews Awake!

In a midst of the revival of world-wide antisemitism, it is the responsibility of every Jew to put the welfare and protection of his/her people above every other political consideration.

In 1903 the Jewish philosopher Otto Weininger who had converted to Christianity took his own life. Depressed that he was of Jewish origin. An action that probably though pleasing antisemites, they would accuse the Jews of littering!

It should be made clear that the moral foundation of western civilization is of Jewish origin. For all those who wish to put the Ten Commandments up on school room walls-where do they think they come from-from us the Jews!

The foundations of the modern world would be absent if not for Spinoza, Marx, Freud and Einstein.

Despite what any thinker Jewish or not the epitome of moral clarity was achieved by the real founder of rabbinic Judaism-Hillel.

Without Hillel there would be no Judaism, Christianity or Islam.

It was Hillel before Jesus who said to a would be convert to Judaism who asked him to teach the religion why he stood on one leg.

Hillel replied: “that which is hateful to you do not do to others, the rest is commentary-go learn!”

Hillel who said: “Be students of Aaron (Moses brother and first High Priest), loving peace, pursuing peace and bringing humanity close to the Torah” (by which he meant the conversion of all to Jewish belief and practice!)

In no other faith that I am aware of every primary prayer is a prayer for peace outside of Jewish practice!

Of course there are Jewish scoundrels, of course there are Jews who parade the show of religiosity and do the most abominable things.

Why is it that all Jews are held responsible for the actions of one individual?!

Some scoundrel wearing ritual fringes pushes a nun in Isarel and it makes front page news!

Throughout the Middle Ages Crusaders wearing the cross killed tens of thousands of Jews. When they took Jerusalem, they burnt the Jews in their synagogue!

Christianity and Islam who nursed at the breast of Jewish religious documents and thought developed within them those who saw the need to denigrate and extinguish Jewish existence as a sign of the stubborn resistance to their novel new doctrines and beliefs.

In the nineteenth century the seeds of religious antisemitism were transformed into racial doctrine, the victim remained the calumnies were changed!

Proof positive of my point there is no antisemitism in China, Japan and India.

There was no “Genocide” in Gaza. Civilians were intentionally exposed by Hamas.

There would be a Palestinian State if Palestinians could convince Jews that they do not really want to kill them, like the Intifadas that blew up school buses and killed participants at a Passover Seder. Who created the Jewish monsters like Ben Gevir? The constant vigilance necessary for Israel to protect itself from those who would invade and kill without mercy. October 7th was the last straw for too many Israelis. Was the war in Gaza carried out with vengeance? What is the reaction of any person to those who would kill babies and take raped women bleeding from their crotch parade them to the cheers and jeers of old and young!

Why is it that the Christian world expects Jews to act like “Christian Martyrs” when they have been persecuted and killed by Christians and Moslems throughout history?

Antisemitism is the “canary in the coal mine,” it is the warning signal that those who espouse it are interested in capturing the minds of the ill-informed so they can gain attention and succeed to push their programs. It can only succeed among those who do not know and have the need to blame their own failings on the eternal victim-the Jew!

Jews who do not understand their history and non-Jews have been programed by the constant and consistent antisemitism of western culture may fail to realize the dangers that lurk behind those who use antisemitism for self-promotion and gain.

I believe, my memory sometimes failing that it is in the Tractate Gittin that someone stated: “If you want to be famous attack the Jews!”

All Jews should understand this and right thinking non-Jews should take it to heart
